All items are produced in small batches and carefully packed. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Options

Lisbon — Hand Delivery

Local customers in Lisbon may choose hand delivery at checkout where available. Details will be arranged via email after purchase.

Europe — Shipping Only

We currently ship within Europe only. Orders outside Europe are not accepted at this time.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times within Europe are:

Portugal: 2–4 business days

European Union: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Duties

No customs duties apply to orders shipped within the European Union. Any delays caused by carriers are outside our control.
