All Lost & Found products are produced in limited editions and in small, hand-crafted batches. Please read the following carefully before purchasing.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns only in the case of:
Items arriving damaged, or
Items that are incorrect (wrong product sent)
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected], including:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once approved, we will offer either a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
Change of mind
Scent preference
Used or opened items
Limited-edition items once sold out
For hygiene and safety reasons, all wax products and fragrance items are final sale unless faulty.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Return shipping (if applicable) is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
